During the boom of action movies and video stores that exploded (literally) throughout the 80's and early 90's, many people got a chance to be an action hero. Everyone from Van Damme to Jay Roberts Jr. to Matt Hannon and many, many more got their moment in the sun. But what about those that didn't? With new mom and pop video stores cropping up every day and looking to fill shelf space, you'd think the people on the lists we came up with would get that chance. Who are they? Of course, the conversation veers into some other places, but at the heart of it we discuss our Video Store Memories. 

On the third episode, we discuss the Punchfighting movies that proliferated during the classic years of DTV and beyond. They're also known as underground fighting or tournament fighting films, but where did this mysterious word "Punchfighting" come from? And what exactly defines a Punchfighter?
